Built up felt is by far the most popular form of roofing for domestic extensions that have a flat roof and is also widely used on commercial flat roof projects. When properly installed, this type of roofing can provide a long term waterproofing solution. Felt is available in a range of different colours and texture finishes. Where additional UV protection is required, extra surfacing materials such as solar reflective paint, spa chippings or ballast can be applied.
